Returned products must be in the same condition as they were received and
must include all accessories (manuals, tools, inks, cartridges, etc.). You
will need to obtain a return authorization number prior to returning the
product. This number will need to be written on all packages. To obtain this

Please remove all previous shipping labels before sending the package. bestinsupplies.com is not responsible for any items that are shipped without the
appropriate return authorization number on the shipping label, or any items
that are damaged or lost in transit. We recommend shipping the package with
a carrier that allows you to track your package, in the event that it is
lost in transit.

If you are returning an unwanted item, bestinsupplies.com will consider the item for
refund of the original price including applicable sales taxes. Shipping fees
will not be included in your refund.

If you are returning a defective product, please place the product in its
original box with the original packaging material. Include all accessory
items such as manuals, tools, inks, cartridges, etc.
If you are returning a defective MICR toner cartridge or refill kit due to
print quality problems, you must include print samples printed on your paper
stock. Any MICR toner cartridges or refill kit received without these print
samples will not be tested for possible defects, and the merchandise will be
returned to you without credit.
